Gyfting Pitstop provides corporate clients and campaign managers with a digital platform to:
- Distribute and manage brand vouchers and rewards
- Access exclusive offers through digital storefronts
- Track redemptions and monitor campaign performance
All services are subject to modification, enhancement, or discontinuation at the sole discretion of Brandbutler India.
Corporate Account Responsibility
Corporate users are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and up-to-date business information
- Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
- Ensuring that participant data is collected and shared in compliance with applicable laws and ethical standards
Brandbutler India will not be held liable for unauthorised access resulting from user negligence.
Voucher & Reward Fulfilment
All vouchers, offers, and gifts distributed through Gyfting Pitstop are subject to:
- Partner brand availability and respective terms & conditions
- Valid redemption timelines and expiry dates
- Policies regarding returns, refunds, or exchanges as determined by the issuing brand
We are not responsible for non-performance or delays caused by third-party vendors or external dependencies.
User Conduct
Users must agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities
- Upload, share, or distribute offensive, abusive, or unauthorized content
- Attempt to breach platform security or gain unauthorized access to restricted areas
Any violation may result in immediate suspension of access and/or legal action.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, and platform elements—including third-party brand assets—are the property of Brandbutler India or its licensors. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Brandbutler India shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Service interruptions due to maintenance, force majeure events, or cyberattacks
- Performance issues caused by third-party platforms, tools, or APIs
Total liability, if applicable, shall not exceed the amount paid by the corporate user within the last 90 days for the services in question.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brandbutler India, its employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, or legal proceedings arising out of:
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions
- Misuse of the platform or its services
- Breach of any applicable laws or third-party rights
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Insert City, e.g., Delhi].
