Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons: • Damaged or defective product received • Wrong product delivered • Product significantly different from description Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact. Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: • Personalised or custom-made products (engraved, printed, or custom-built) • Digital vouchers and gift cards once delivered • Perishable items such as food, flowers, or chocolates • Items purchased during clearance or final sale • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
3. Return Process
To initiate a return: 1. Email us at support@gyftingpitstop.in within 7 days of delivery 2. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue 3. Our team will review and respond within 48 business hours 4. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide a return address 5. Items must be packed securely before handover to the courier
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item: • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days • Refunds are credited to the original payment method • UPI and wallet refunds are typically faster (1–3 business days) • Bank/card refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated
5. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for damaged or incorrect items. If you would like a different product, we recommend placing a new order after receiving your refund. For personalised or custom items, exchanges are not possible once production has begun.
6. Return Shipping
For returns due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will bear the return shipping cost and arrange a pickup. For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us at support@gyftingpitstop.in. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5–7 business days.
