Gyfting Pitstop offers curated gift hampers, digital vouchers, gift cards, personalised gifts, and corporate gifting solutions. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product or service at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets through our secure payment gateway. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.
4. Order Placement & Confirmation
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
5. Delivery & Shipping
We deliver across India. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Express delivery options may be available at additional cost. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Gyfting Pitstop is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
6. Returns & Refunds
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for damaged or incorrect items. Personalised, custom-made, or digital products are non-returnable unless defective. To initiate a return, contact us at support@gyftingpitstop.in with your order number and photographs of the issue. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
7. Digital Vouchers & Gift Cards
Digital vouchers and gift cards are delivered electronically to the registered email address. These are non-refundable and non-transferable once delivered. Gyfting Pitstop is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of third-party vouchers or gift cards after delivery. Validity periods are as specified by the respective brand.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including logos, images, text, and design elements is the property of Gyfting Pitstop or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission from us.
